All GEO x BE@RBRICK orders will be shipped with DHL. All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

DHL costs are set at a flat rate across the world. Shipping address can not be changed once sent. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

*Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

All shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in GBP. Worth of goods will be made available on the package’s insert for tax reasons on all orders. Once orders are sent, a change of delivery address will no longer be possible; please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

Orders made of available items, upon confirmation of their availability and payment, will be processed within 2 working days of the order’s placement.

PRE-ORDERABLE ITEMS

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page. In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, geowebstore.com will promptly inform and refund the customer. geowebstore.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of geowebstore.com that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page.

Regarding order with available items and pre-orderable items, shipment will happen all in one order. Available merchandise will be shipped at the time pre-orderable items are available in stock and ready to ship.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order will be tendered to the courier, customers receive an email from geowebstore.com providing the tracking number related to the order. To monitor the status of your order, customers may visit Royal Mail official website http://www.royalmail.com and insert the given tracking number in the specific area “Track Your Item”.

DELIVERY TIME

geowebstore.com processes orders in United Kingdom from Monday to Friday. geowebstore.com processes orders the day after the order’s placement, or the next available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day. geowebstore.com cannot be accountable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to geowebstore.com’s control.

Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country.

Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 days and worldwide within 7-10 working days. A signature is required upon delivery for orders. Royal Mail will attempt to deliver the parcel twice.
