HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase.
CAN I AMEND SHIPPING INFORMATION ONCE HAVE SUBMITTED MY ORDER?
Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address – unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake. What we can do is withhold the stock (for a maximum of two weeks), cancel the order and allow you to purchase the item again. You can then refund your original order. The refund is instant if purchased with PayPal or Apple Pay and takes up to 10 days if bought on a credit/debit card.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information. If the service is available, some of our shipping partners will give you a one hour window in which your order will be delivered.
Processing – Your payment has been received and stock has been reduced – the order is awaiting fulfilment.
Completed – Your order has been fulfilled and completed – requires no further action on your part.
On-Hold – We are awaiting payment – stock is reduced, we need to confirm payment.
Cancelled – The order has been cancelled by an admin or the customer – no further action required (cancelling an order does not affect stock quantity by default).
Refunded – The order has been refunded by an admin – no further action required.
Partially refunded – Certain items within your order have been refunded. This is often when products are cancelled and there are still remaining items in the order to be fulfilled.
NON-EU CUSTOMERS SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our shipments are DAP (delivery at place), meaning that it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and charges on delivery. Import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its destination country. GEO has no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the charge would be, as customs policies vary from country-to-country. Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.
DUE TO COVID-19 – RETURNS ARE LIMITED.
To return your purchase, your item(s) must meet the criteria below:
- Returned within 10 days of your date of delivery
- Item is in it’s original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Item has all original tags attached and packaging
- Item was purchased directly from GEOWEBSTORE.COM
Any refunds authorised, will be issued a refund minus shipping fees. GEO reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Items purchased from Archive, Sale, Sample, Prototype drops are non-refundable. FINAL SALE.
At this time we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size/colour. The exchange will be be processed within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Item must be in it’s original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with all original tags attached and packaging. In order to start the exchange process, please customer can contact our Customer Care team.
