  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

    When your order is placed, a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

  • CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

    Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases. Please contact Customer Care team for more assistance.

  • HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through your GEO account. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

    • The return must be requested within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.

    • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

    • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

    • Clients are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local postal service.

    Please note: Pre-Order, Final Sale, Samples and Custom items are not eligible for return.

  • ARE DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED?

    Some locations may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

    A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page.

    In pre-order purchases, credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed.

  • WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I SHOP IN?

    Payments for shipments are all invoiced in Pound (GBP). The payment method will process the currency conversion rate at the time of purchase.
